Product Description
Coal, electricity, and steam can be used as heat sources, with fully automatic control of drying temperature and speed. The materials are placed in the dryer, and a circulating fan evenly blows hot air to the dried materials. The dryer is equipped with a dehumidification system to promptly remove moisture and achieve the purpose of drying.
Belt dryer belongs to the jet airflow belt drying type, where hot air is sprayed from top to bottom onto the material on the conveyor belt in a jet stream. Due to the jet velocity of over 15m/s, the convective heat transfer film is extremely thin, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the drying speed is fast. When the DWF series belt dryer is used for non breathable materials, the airflow sprayed on the top still returns to the top, and the airflow sprayed on the bottom still returns to the bottom, participating in the cycle. The airflow beam of breathable materials has strong penetration and diffusion inside the material. The use of heat sources can include steam, electric heating, hot air stoves, and fuel flue gas. The DWF jet air flow belt dryer is mainly used for fiberboard, gypsum board, cardboard board, pulp film, coating drying, etc. It is also suitable for drying sheet materials and some special materials.
