The XSG rotary flash dryer consists of key components such as a drying host, feeder, heat source device (hot blast stove or steam pipeline), air filter, blower, cyclone separator, bag filter, induced draft fan, etc. The drying machine is equipped with a rotating cutting device to cut and crush filter cake shaped pseudo agglomerated materials and large particle materials. Flash drying machine has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, short drying time, and good energy-saving effect. The paste like materials can be directly dried to produce powdered dried products, saving the processes of pre-treatment before drying, crushing and screening after drying. The rotary flash dryer adopts a high-speed hot air flow entering the cylinder in the tangential direction. Due to the spiral motion of the airflow inside the cylinder, on the one hand, the temperature of the medium around the particles is reduced, and on the other hand, the flow rate and temperature of the medium are increased, which greatly improves the speed of external diffusion. On the other hand, high-temperature airflow impacts particles or small wet materials located at the lower part of the cylinder at high speed. At the same time, the stirring effect of the stirring blades inside the cylinder breaks down the particles, reduces their particle size, and reduces the length of the internal capillary tube, thereby enhancing the effect of internal diffusion and reducing its resistance. Most of these particles are repeatedly broken during the high-temperature and high-intensity mixing cycle at the bottom of the cylinder. Eliminating material clumping is also a powerful measure to promote internal diffusion and enhance the evaporation of particle moisture.
