The WYHG type circulating belt dryer consists of several drying units and a cooling unit. Each drying unit section includes a circulating fan, a heating device, a fresh air supplement system, a shared exhaust emission system, and an exhaust gas reuse system. The process flow is as follows: after the material is discharged from the previous process, it is poured into the feeding hopper on the feeding platform, and after being evenly distributed by the uniform device, it is brought into the dryer by a conveyor belt. The speed of the belt can be adjusted; Cold air enters the centrifugal fan from the fresh air supplement port, is heated by a finned heat exchanger (or mixed with high-temperature hot air provided by a hot air stove), and enters the dryer through a special structure to accelerate and penetrate the material layer, fully contacting the wet material for heat and mass exchange. The moisture in the material is evaporated into water vapor, which is carried away with the hot air. Part of the wet air is discharged through the dehumidification port, and the other part enters the circulation for use; Due to the varying moisture content of the materials in each unit, the ratio of moisture discharge to circulating air also differs for each unit; During the entire drying process, the humidity of the hot air is also different; The moisture content of the material in the early stage of drying is relatively high, and a higher hot air temperature can be used; The moisture content of the material in the later stage of drying is relatively low, and a lower hot air temperature can be used to greatly improve the drying efficiency.
