The powder skin mesh belt dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment that uses steel mesh as a conveyor belt to transport materials for continuous drying, heated by electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. The compressed finished balls are mainly transported directly to the flat conveyor through a conveyor, and evenly distributed on the dryer through the scraper at the upper end of the flat conveyor to improve the breathability of the balls and achieve the drying effect.
Product principle
The main principle of the powder skin mesh belt dryer is to evenly spread the materials on the mesh belt. The mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt, which is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device. Hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification hole to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the dryer can be divided into multiple layers, commonly including two chamber three layer, two chamber five layer, with a length of 6-40m and an effective width of 0.6-3.0m.
