Product Description of Fly Ash Drying Machine:
The fly ash dryer has a unique and innovative structural form, and its technical performance ranks among similar products in China. It is mainly used for drying materials such as fly ash, clay, slag, coal, and ore in building materials and chemical production; The fly ash dryer is composed of three concentric circles of different diameters embedded in each other, serving as the main body of the dryer. The main body rotates horizontally on four supporting wheels 5 at both ends through the wheels 4 at both ends, and the feeding end of the cylinder is equipped with hot blast furnace devices such as fuel, steam, and coal. The unloading end is equipped with a dust cover and an automatic unloading device. The dust cover is connected to the dust collector through a pipeline, and the dust removal equipment, feeding equipment, and conveying equipment can be designed separately according to the user's process conditions and requirements. The drying process of the sleeve type three cylinder dryer is achieved as follows: the dried material is fed into the inner cylinder of the dryer from the feeding end, and the material enters the inner cylinder through the spiral guide plate of the inner cylinder. There are many spiral shaped lifting plates inside the inner cylinder, and the material is continuously lifted and moved longitudinally by the lifting plates through the rotation of the cylinder. The material reaches the left end of the inner cylinder and falls into the middle cylinder due to its own weight. After passing through the guide plate, the material is pushed back to the middle cylinder under the rotation of the cylinder. Under the action of the lifting plate of the middle cylinder, the material moves to the right until it reaches the right end of the middle cylinder, where it falls into the outer cylinder under its own weight. Similarly, the material is folded back and moves to the left under the action of the spiral lifting plate on the outer cylinder until it reaches the left end of the outer cylinder. Under the action of blocking the outer guide cone, it falls into the discharge end cylinder.
Inside the 1, 2, 3, and 3 concentric cylinders of the main body of the fly ash dryer, there are different numbers and angles of curved spiral lifting plates, and each cylinder end is equipped with a guide plate. The main body of the sleeve type short tube dryer is driven by two reduction motors, which respectively drive the two transmission pulleys at both ends, causing the pulleys to rotate around the center. The wet material to be dried in the dryer is fed into the feeding end of inner cylinder 3 through the feeding device and feeding tube. The wet material is quickly pushed towards the spiral lifting plate through the spiral guide plate. As the cylinder rotates, the spiral lifting plates set in the four cylinders lift the material while continuously rolling, scattering, and moving longitudinally towards the discharge end. At the same time, the hot air flow from the hot blast stove enters the inner cylinder, middle cylinder, and outer cylinder 1 for strong heat exchange with the material. Due to the faster thermal conductivity of metal steel plates compared to the material being dried, the steel plates and lifting plates of the cylinder are first heated, and then the heat is transferred to the material through conduction and radiation. After the material is heated, the temperature rises. When the temperature reaches the temperature at which water evaporates, water vapor is separated from the material and discharged into the atmosphere along with the dust after passing through the dust collector, thus achieving the purpose of material drying.
